Nine years in architecture
I ran projects across Turkey first. Then Germany, Belgium and Austria, then the Gulf: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. I've been on site at every stage of a building, from the first line on a plan to the day the keys are handed over.
The move into Dubai property
That's the eye I brought to Dubai real estate. I look at a unit through its plan first: where the light comes from, how much space the corridor takes, whether anyone will still want this layout in ten years. Location and price matter of course, but the decision usually becomes clear in those details. Since November 2025 I've closed AED 18M in sales, AED 22.7M in total.
Who I work with
Most of my clients live in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Turkey, and many of them invest without ever seeing Dubai. I'm aware how much trust that takes. My part is to earn it: documents you can check, reporting that arrives on time, and being reachable when you need me.
